Question - What do I do with all those extra tomatoes?
Answer - Freeze them whole. When you want to use them, run them under tepid water to peel the skin, then cook up chili or spaghetti sauce or whatever! Taste a bit of summer all winter long!

According to the 1996 edition of the Guiness Book of Records the largest tomato ever grown weighed in at 7 pounds, 12 ounces.
Now that's a lot of spaghetti sauce!
