Step One - Print out Paper Flower patterns.

Step Two - Trace patterns onto tissue paper. Cut out tissue paper flower parts.

Step Three - Layer the flowers parts with the smallest on the top.

Step Four - Carefully poke two holes in the center of the flower layers with scissors. See illustration below.

Step Five - Thread pipe cleaner up through one hole in the layers of tissue paper and down through the second hole. Even out the two pipe cleaner ends. Twist the ends together to form the stem.

Step Six - Use your flowers as decorations for Cinco De Mayo. Enjoy!
