Microwave Popcorn Balls 

  

You will Need:

2/3 cup sugar

1/4 cup margarine

1/2 cup corn syrup - dark or light

10 cups popped popcorn 

 

Step One - Mix sugar, margarine, and corn syrup in a microwave safe dish.

 

Step Two - Microwave for 1 minute. Stir. Repeat 3 more times for a total of 4 minutes. Your mixture should form a ball when tested in cold water.

 

Step Three - Stir in popcorn. Make sure it is well coated with sugar mixture.

 

Step Four - Let cool at least 20 minutes or until popcorn can be handled comfortably. Form popcorn balls with hands. Let cool. Eat. Enjoy!
