Step One - Bake 3 separate cakes. One square and two rounds.

Step Two - When the cakes are cool, cut one round as shown in the following picture.

 

Step Three - Cut the second round in half. Cut one half in half again. Trim the quarter cake pieces as shown for arms.

 

Step Four - Assemble the cake as shown. Note that you will have to do additional trimming on the legs to fit the feet.

 

Step Four - Frost your cake and decorate with candies or cookies or whatever. Enjoy!
