Decide which player goes first. The player spins the spinner. The player then goes forward that number of squares. If the player lands on a square with a candle, the player collects a candle card. If the player lands on a square without a candle, the player collects no card. It is now another player's turn.

The Goal of the game is to collect nine candles (candle cards) for the menorah. Play can continue until everyone has the candles he or she needs or the first one to collect nine candles can be the winner.
